Shipping Policy – Oluchi Beads

Thank you for shopping with Oluchi Beads! We handcraft and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays, restocks, or new product launches), order processing may take slightly longer.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email once your order ships.
3. Local Pickup (Austin, Texas)
If you are located in or near Austin, TX, you may select Local Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we will send you an email to schedule a pickup time.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up your order.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on destination).
Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply once the order reaches its destination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has shipped.
If you do not receive tracking details within 7 days, please contact us at oluchibeads@gmail.com.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Oluchi Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at oluchibeads@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items or packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
